2019 Syrapinot – Luscious and wonderfully indulgent from our Signature Wines collection
Our fruit forward blend delights with hints of raspberry, and vanilla; followed by a light oak finish. Floral notes give way to an earthiness, reminiscent of a misty morning walk through the California redwoods.
Idyll Time Vineyards is nestled in the foothills of Hollister in San Benito County. Resulting in an ideal weather for wine grapes, sunshine in the day and cool breezes blowing in the evenings. The Syrah and Pinot Noir are processed separately and then blended with the perfect ratio. We focus on a gentle process to create our wines, and use gravity versus pumps. Our “light touch” process preserves aromas and improves age ability.
