By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed (TCA or VA only). We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.

We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. If you believe your bottle is damaged or flawed, please retain the unfinished portion of the wine (including the cork) and contact us immediately. If the bottle proves damaged or flawed, you will receive replacement wine of the same vintage, if available.

A $20 restocking fee may be applied to all canceled orders, refused orders, and shipments that are returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer or if the customer is not available to receive package after 3 delivery attempts. Any incurred shipping and handling cost are nonrefundable.
