Wines purchased from Idyll Time Wines are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only. You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Idyll Time Wines. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of an adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure delivery of your order on the first attempt.
Credit Card on File
With customer consent, Idyll Time Wines has the ability to retain credit card information in our secure customer database. When provided, the customer authorizes Idyll Time Wines to process orders on their behalf using their card on file.
Wine is a perishable commodity. Temperature extremes (hot, humid summer and cold winter) may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Idyll Time Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Inspect all packages as soon as they are received. If they are of your satisfaction, enjoy! If any bottles are broken, please contact info@IdyllTimeWines.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can initiate a claim with our fulfillment center or the carrier direct. Please keep the original packaging and its contents exactly as they were delivered. If possible, take photographs documenting the damage. In most cases, we will arrange to have the carrier retrieve the package. Understand that if the broken product cannot be retrieved, we cannot receive compensation for the loss.
